Monetary Donations

As we are currently a project seeking 501c3 status, our donation page is powered by SocialGood, a registered 501c3 non-profit organization that fiscally sponsors projects that help develop communities into better places to live and work.

Your donations go directly to SocialGood, which benefits you, the donor in several ways:

  • Your donations are tax deductible as SocialGood is a 501c3 organization.
  • Your donations may be eligible for corporate match programs. Please communicate with your Human Resources representative for any forms necessary, and contact us with any questions.
  • SocialGood also serves as a gatekeeper to ensure all donations are utilized for project operations. So you can be certain that every cent given will go to furthering the aims of The Obodo Project.

Donations of Goods and Services

Part of our fundraising plan includes events and giveaways, so any tangible goods (i.e., gift cards, electronics) or services (i.e., dry cleaning, yoga classes, catering) that can be donated are greatly appreciated.
